Orange County property maintenance company is looking for an Area Manager to add
to their team! The Area Manager is responsible for all the "On-Site" business dealings within a particular geographic area. Some essential functions include, but not limited to;
-Customer meetings
-Job estimating
-Job set up with contractors/project management
-Recruitment of new contractors
-Contractor liaison to the office
-Contractor equipment inspections      
-Maintenance of existing recurring contracts         
-Quality inspections                   
-Problem solving job issues            
-Assist the office with contractor route changes     
-Reporting daily information back to the office via computer/internet


Must have at least a H.S. diploma; minimum of 4 yrs project management experience
in a service, construction or maintenance company; minimum of 1 yr exp.       
supervising a crew of three or more workers on a project; MS Office 2007-Word/Excel/Outlook; type a minimum of 30 wpm in Word; must be able to    
communicate effectively in writing & speaking English and Spanish; clean driving
record.
